Consultations

Time to listen.

A consultation with me is a conversation first. Integrative, regenerative and longevity medicine come together in one assessment of your history, your daily life and, where useful, your laboratory values. You leave with a plan you can follow.

Areas of consultation

Where we can start.

Most patients come with one question. We usually end up looking at all three areas, because they are connected.

Integrative medicine

Integrative consultation

A complete look at your health, combining conventional diagnostics with natural and complementary approaches where they are useful.

Regenerative medicine

Regeneration and recovery

Support for the body's own repair processes, with attention to inflammation, micronutrients, sleep and recovery.

Longevity medicine

Longevity assessment

A structured view of where you stand today and a long-term plan to protect your health as the years go by.

How it works

Four steps, one plan.

Every consultation follows the same rhythm, so you always know where you are and what comes next.

01

Conversation

We start with your story: what you feel, since when, and what you have already tried.

02

Analysis

Where it adds clarity, I suggest laboratory analysis or review the results you already have.

03

Your plan

A clear plan that brings together medical care, nutrition and daily habits, written so you can follow it at home.

04

Follow-up

We review how you are doing and adjust the plan when needed.

Questions

Before you book.

Do I need laboratory results before the first consultation?

No. If you have recent results, bring them. If further analysis is useful, we decide together after the first conversation.

Which languages can the consultation be in?

English, Portuguese or German.

Does this replace my family doctor?

No. My work complements the care you already receive, and I am glad to work alongside your other doctors.

How do I book?

Write to my team with a short note about what brings you. We reply with the next available dates.
